Now it's time to talk about the current state of the u.s economy measured by the unemployment rate across America in the weekly jobs report from our
friends at the department of labor that track our progress on the treadmill folks yes this week's jobs report showed the
amazing news of the economy and the unemployment rate as they were lower than last week's numbers but slightly above the economist of the
dow jones predictions I mean these guys hey they get it right one out of ten that ain't bad for guessing right so this weekly job shows that 400 000 Americans
filed their first-time unemployment claims which are never good we don't celebrate people filing for the first time
you know crawling up to their computer and going I need these funds because I'm out I need it so
but this is lower than last week's preview previous week of 424 000 revised initial claims that are about 25 000 fewer people which is good these 400 000
for the very first time unemployment claims were somewhat above the predictions made by dow jones economists who estimated
380 000 first-time unemployment claims this past week so they were more optimistic than well than the reality it's great to see through these
initial unemployment claims decreasing though and I hope next week we can see figures back to like 300 000. it'd be great to see like zero people
had to cozy up to the computer meanwhile as you know 26 states are trying to end the federal unemployment benefit

that enhanced unemployment benefit they're trying to end it early with like less a little over a month left to go all 50 states will lose
these vital unemployment funds on September 6th which is, strangely enough, labor day weird right we're ending unemployment on labor day
it's ironic really when you think about it but that's a cash cliff coming in a month and eight days like 38 days it's estimated that 20 million Americans
will fall off that cash cliff according to a new study from the people's policy project which also included unemployment claims
collecting you know the PUA extended enhanced unemployment benefits for those radicals those freelancers the people that we've helped get

and we have the strength obviously in the dollar to be able to take care of this and take care of our people finally we've talked about

Now we have confirmed details on the status of 1.5 million in unemployment tax credit disaster relief stimulus checks that went to people
the IRS explained quote the explanation said quote the agency is issuing 1.5 tax 1.5 million tax refunds to Americans
this week which means today and tomorrow with a typical refund of sixteen hundred dollars in the quote, they also said quote direct
deposit payments will go out starting July 28th which is today while actually was yesterday it was yesterday while paper checks will
be mailed out Friday, July 30th end quote this is amazing news that millions of Americans still you're wondering how did
I know that I just asked and there are shaking heads in the background telling me that what day it was was awesome yeah just so you just so you
know there are people back here right this is amazing news for millions of Americans still waiting for their 10 200 unemployment tax credit
and definitely let them know if in the comments below if you're the lucky 1.5 million that got your unemployment stimulus digitally
yesterday or today or if you're getting it through the mail in a week, if you still haven't applied for those unemployment benefits apply today
earn yourself a cold one on Thursday simply check out your state's PUA which is a separate website pandemic unemployment assistance

or basically, tell them I don't know how you show them your employment history but basically, tell them to type it in give them
